I live in the Austin area. Can I purchase art on the website and pick it up at the gallery ?

Yes. At check out, simply chose the "STORE PICKUP" option in the shipping method drop down menu and the shipping charge will be removed.

How often do you receive new art from your artists ?

We keep our inventory super fresh. We receive several new pieces from our artists every week.

Are there originals at AAG that are not on the website ?

It is possible, but we try to have everything online.

How soon will my order ship ?

Original paintings are shipped within 48 hours after your payment has been received. Please allow 7 business days for production of all prints on canvas.

How long until I receive my new art ?

Most online orders are shipped via FedEx ground. Please allow 7-10 business days for your art to be delivered.

Can I see the art in person before I decide to buy it ?

Of Course! We encourage our customers to visit the gallery to see our complete inventory in person. We're open 6 days a week!

What are your gallery hours ?

Tuesday - Saturday : 11AM - 6PM
Sunday : 12PM - 5PM
(Closed on Mondays)

What is your return policy ?

We have a 7 day return policy. Please call us at 512-351-5934 if you have any questions about returning items.

Are all AAG artworks made by local Austin artists ?

Yes. We firmly stand by our concept to work only with emerging Austin artists.
