Do I need a PayPal account to purchase art online ?

No. A PayPal account is NOT needed. When you are ready to check out, simply click on the small "CONTINUE" link that is located on the bottom left of your screen. Click HERE to view an example of this screen.

I live in the Austin area. Can I purchase art on the website and pick it up at the gallery ?

Yes. At check out, simply chose the "PICK UP" option in the shipping method drop down menu and the shipping charge will be removed.

How often do you receive new art from your artists ?

We receive several new pieces every week.

Are there originals at AAG that are not on the website ?

It is possible, but we try to have everything online.

How soon will my order ship ?

All orders are shipped within 48 hours after your payment has been received.

How long until I receive my new art ?

Most on-line orders are shipped via UPS ground. Please allow 7-10 business days for your art to be delivered.

Can I see the art in person before I decide to buy it ?

Of Course! We encourage everyone to visit us and see our complete inventory in person. We're open 6 days a week!

What are your gallery hours ?

We are open Tuesday - Saturday from 11:30AM to 6:30PM, Sunday Noon to 6PM. We are closed on Mondays.

What is your return policy ?

We have a 7 day return policy. Please call us at 512.351.5934 if you have any questions about returning items.

Are all AAG artworks from local Austin artists ?

Yes. We firmly stand by our concept to work only with emerging Austin artists.
