Artist Profile | Tim Raines "Tim Raines’ paintings often give the impression that the paint is still in the process of shifting and congealing into an image. Colors drip over the edges of the canvas, and bubbles are trapped in pools of acrylic in shades of blue and green, yellow and orange. The impression of movement and formation of an image is the result of Raines’ particular painting style.
